These Terms of Service apply to your use of un.shaped and any purchase made through unshaped.shop. By visiting our store, placing an order, downloading a digital product, or using any part of the site, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms are between you and Un.Shaped, trading as un.shaped. In these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to un.shaped.
1. Store information
un.shaped sells physical printed books and digital products, including downloadable guides, lists, journals, and related materials.

2. Use of this store
You agree to use this store only for lawful purposes. You must not use the site, products, checkout, downloads, emails, or any related service in a way that is fraudulent, abusive, harmful, misleading, or intended to interfere with the normal operation of the store.
You must not attempt to copy, scrape, reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or exploit any part of the store or its products without written permission from us.
3. Product information
We do our best to describe each product clearly and accurately. Product descriptions, images, previews, specifications, prices, availability, and delivery estimates may change from time to time.
For physical books, images shown on screen are previews. Colour, paper, trim, finish, and other production details may appear slightly different in person due to normal differences between screens and printed materials. This does not affect your legal rights if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
4. Orders and payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the selected product or products. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email or begin fulfilling it.
All prices are shown at checkout before payment. Taxes, shipping costs, duties, or other charges may be added or calculated at checkout depending on your location and the product being purchased.
You are responsible for making sure that your order details are correct before you complete checkout, including your email address, shipping address, product selection, and quantity.
We may cancel or refuse an order if we reasonably believe it is fraudulent, abusive, incorrectly priced, technically affected, unavailable, or in breach of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item unless we are legally entitled to withhold it.
5. Digital products
Digital products are delivered by download link, email, customer account access, or another digital delivery method.
When you purchase a digital product, you are buying a personal, non exclusive, non transferable licence to use that product for your own personal use only. You may download, save, and print your purchased digital files for yourself.
You must not share, upload, publish, resell, reproduce, distribute, modify for resale, give away, or otherwise make our digital products available to anyone else. This includes sharing files in groups, communities, public folders, paid memberships, courses, marketplaces, or file sharing platforms.
6. Digital access and cancellation
By purchasing a digital product with immediate access, you agree that we may supply the digital content immediately after purchase. Once access begins, including when a download link is made available or the file is downloaded, you acknowledge that you may lose any legal right to cancel the digital purchase where applicable.
This does not affect your legal rights if digital content is faulty, not as described, or not supplied.

7. Physical books and print fulfilment
Physical books sold through this store are printed on demand. This means a copy is manufactured after an order is placed rather than taken from a standard warehouse shelf.
We use Lulu and related fulfilment services to help print and ship physical book orders. Your purchase is made through un.shaped, not directly through Lulu. Customer support, order questions, cancellations, and refund requests should be sent to us at hi.unshaped@gmail.com.
Because print production can begin shortly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has entered fulfilment. If you notice an error in your shipping address or order details, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after checkout.
8. Shipping and delivery
Shipping options, prices, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where available. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied at checkout.
If an order is returned to sender, lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, contact us at hi.unshaped@gmail.com. We will review the issue and handle it according to the circumstances, carrier information, fulfilment status, and your legal rights.
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes, or local charges. These are your responsibility unless checkout clearly states otherwise.
9. Returns, refunds, and cancellations
Returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged items, and order issues are handled under our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights. Where consumer protection laws apply, those rights remain in place.
For physical products, you may have a legal right to cancel within a certain period after delivery, depending on your location and the type of product purchased. To request a cancellation or return, contact us at hi.unshaped@gmail.com with your order number.
For digital products, cancellation rights may be lost once immediate access begins, as explained in section 6.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We may ask for supporting information so we can assess the problem and arrange the appropriate remedy.
10. Intellectual property
All text, images, product names, product files, designs, layouts, concepts, branding, downloads, photographs, videos, artwork, and other content on this store are owned by us or licensed to us, unless otherwise stated.
Buying a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you. You receive only the limited right to use the purchased product as described in these Terms.
You must not use our content, products, brand, or materials for commercial purposes without written permission from us.
11. No professional advice
Our products are designed for reflection, journaling, creativity, attention, and personal use. They are not medical advice, mental health advice, therapy, counselling, financial advice, legal advice, or any other form of professional advice.
Our products are not a substitute for qualified professional support. We do not promise any particular emotional, personal, creative, health, relationship, financial, or business outcome from using them.

12. Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes, launch offers, free products, and promotions may be changed, paused, or ended at any time unless we state otherwise.
Discount codes must be used before checkout is completed. They cannot be applied retroactively to orders already placed unless we choose to do so.
Promotions may be limited by date, product, quantity, location, customer, or other conditions stated at the time of the offer.
13. Third party services
Our store may use third party services for checkout, payment processing, email delivery, digital downloads, printing, fulfilment, shipping, analytics, or other store functions.
We are not responsible for third party websites, platforms, apps, payment providers, postal services, or fulfilment systems that we do not control. However, if there is an issue with your order, contact us first so we can review it and help where appropriate.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the store or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or your mandatory consumer rights.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.
If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [insert governing jurisdiction], except that any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country will still apply.
